Just-Perfect is a trading name of Just Perfect Enterprises LLP, reg no OC344643, and the names can be considered to be synonymous.
“We” or “us” in these terms and conditions refers to Just Perfect Enterprises LLP.
“You” in these terms and conditions refers to the buyer.
Just-Perfect’s desire is to do everything we can to provide you with a service that makes you not only happy with us, but willing to recommend us to others. That said, "Terms and Conditions" are necessary to protect ourselves and you, and it is normal for them to sound formal and strict so that they can give that protection. By shopping online at Just-Perfect, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.
General
Although our online store shows real-time stock availability, problems can occur. If an item is unavailable we will refund the cost of the item.
Please ensure that we have correct contact information in case there are technical difficulties receiving or processing your order and we need to get in touch. If we cannot contact you in such circumstances, your order will be cancelled.
If your payment is not honoured we reserve the right to take all legal steps to recover monies owed and the expenses incurred in doing so.
We do everything we can to make using our site, and shopping online, a safe and pleasant experience for you. If there have been any mistakes, or if you have any concerns or problems, please email us at info@just-perfect.co.uk or contact us by telephone and give us opportunity to rectify the situation.
The prices for items displayed on the website include VAT but DO NOT include postage and packing. All special offers are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply our goods or services at our discretion and without further explanation.
Offer and acceptance
By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Simply stated, you are saying "I would like to buy these things if possible". When we send an automatic acknowledgement of your order, we are saying "We would probably like to sell them to you." Only when we have checked and confirmed that we are able to supply the goods will we accept the order. This will be confirmed by a further email.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
You should inspect the goods on receipt and notify Just-Perfect within 3 days by email or telephone if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the contract, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. The goods should be returned with written details of the complaint and you will be entitled to a full refund including delivery charges and return postage.
Cancellation of Contract:
You have the right to cancel the contract within seven days of receipt of the goods. The goods should be returned to Just-Perfect at your expense and if they are not received in good condition within 30 days, the full cost of recovering the goods will be charged to you. You will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price including delivery charges for the items returned.

Just-Perfect’s web site may contain links to other websites (“linked sites”). The linked sites are not under the control of Just-Perfect and Just-Perfect is not responsible for the contents of any linked site, including without limitation any link contained in a linked site.
Unlawful Provision
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and their taxes as applicable.
Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
