Delivery
UK Orders:
All parcels weighing under 2kg will be sent by royal Mail recorded (signed for) delivery. If your order weighs more than 2kg, you will be charged for multiple parcels weighing up to 2kg each.
Insurance limitations mean we cannot normally allow orders to be collected from us however members of the Coign Church or Staines Crop should ring before ordering and we will make arrangements to get your goods to you.

Processing
We will aim to process and dispatch all orders as soon as possible, usually within 48 hours. From time to time there may be variations to this but these will be displayed on the website. If there are unexpected delays you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
Returns
Damaged or Incorrect Goods:
You should inspect the goods on receipt and notify Just-Perfect within 3 days by email or telephone if the goods are damaged or do not comply with the contract, otherwise you will be deemed to have accepted the goods. The goods should be returned with written details of the complaint and you will be entitled to a full refund including delivery charges and return postage.
Cancellation of Contract:
You have the right to cancel the contract within seven days of receipt of the goods. The goods should be returned to Just-Perfect at your expense and if they are not received in good condition within 30 days, the full cost of recovering the goods will be charged to you. You will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase price including delivery charges for the items returned.
